Painted at the Windsor and Eton En Plein Air competition.
As part of the Queen's 90th birthday celebrations we were allowed in to Windsor castle and some were admitted to areas where the public aren't usually permitted to go.
I was lucky enough to get a spot in the Moat Garden which can normally only be seen by peeping over a high wall! :)
It was a beautiful sunny day and very exciting for us all.
Some of the staff popped in to chat to us as we worked, and they were delightful, but although Her Majesty was in, we didn't see her. However, the idea that she might look out of the window at any moment was just brilliant!
