Artwork description:

This series – Windows – depicts the beauty in the forms, textures and patterns of the sheets of glass which separate 'inside' from 'outside' in our lives.

Much of a building's character comes from the external surface – often dominated by windows – which divides the worlds of 'inside' and 'outside'. If the shape of a building is akin to its figure, the windows may be compared to its face; offering a view on the outside from within, and being part of the image the outside world sees and remembers.

Limited edition digital Giclée print on Epson archival paper.

Unless you have a specific request, I use the same frame and mount for all my photographs; whilst I have some framed works in stock, I print and frame most works to order, hence the photos of the frame are generic (please see additional images).

All prints are signed and certified on the back (see example picture in the additional images).

Please don't hesitate to send a message (via the Contact button) if you have any queries about this piece.
