Original artwork description:
"Winding Road, Peak District Hills" is a small landscape painting by Mary Kemp.
Winding through the Hope Valley in Derbyshire. I may have exaggerated the twists and turns a bit, but that's how it felt.
To paint this I used thick oil paint on a gessoed board.
I've left it unframed but it will slip seamlessly into a 6" x 6" (15 x 15 cm) photo frame. Or you could just prop it up on a shelf in a contemporary sort of way!
