Here is a pretty floral study, as part of my series of wildflower meadow paintings. I am very passionate about wildflower meadows, as so many no longer exist due to modern farming methods. 97% have disappeared in recent times. They are so beautiful, and must be preserved for pollinating insects. This cheerful painting focuses on summer colours of pinks, purples and greens. It is painted in a fairly loose impressionistic style. The colours would work well in a living space or bedroom. This would also brighten up a dull grey office wall. The painting is acrylic on square canvas. It has UV protection varnish, and the painting is ready to hang.
