Brentor Church can be seen from Laure’s garden and is a constant source of inspiration for her. It can be viewed for miles around, has a mystical quality and is often conveyed as a magical landmark on Dartmoor.

Here, Laure has captured the bright colours of the native wild flowers found amongst the Devon hedgerows, the gorse and heather, as well as the ever-changing Dartmoor skies.

This dreamy landscape was created with oil paints, palette knives and loose strokes.

The canvas is painted around the edges and is ready to hang.
