A dramatic scene of a Scottish loch and mountain landscape landscape inspired by the dramatic wild moorlands and hills of the Dundonnell and Fisherfield wilderness often known as the Whitbread wilderness in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland, surrounding Slioch close to Loch Maree, Wester Ross. In this impressionist view I have tried to capture the mood and atmosphere of a windy day among the hills and mountains of this wild and remote area of the British Isles with a cloudy sky.
Painted in muted autumnal ochre colours in a modern contemporary semi abstract impressionist style.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
