Original artwork description:

An oil on board painting of some wild poppies near my home in St Andrews, Scotland.

These poppies sat in front a large field and were highlighted against a beautiful Scottish sky. I tried to capture the shift from small and detailed to the panorama of the setting.

17" x 17" total dimension. The picture itself is 11" x 11"

The frame was bespoke made for the picture and hand painted in Kenwood Cream Chalky finish paint to give a lovely soft finish.

The picture itself sits behind glass.
