This is a lively Four colour hand made screen print featuring a wild Orchid growing in amongst tall woodland trees. The background metallic silver ink layer creates a negative white space that contrasts with the darker greens in the foreground, giving an impression of sunlight filtering through the dense foliage. The eye of the viewer is from a low point watching the orchid through an almost hidden dense undergrowth of ferns.
Limited edition of 50. Its 56 x 25 cm.
