This painting shows the waves pounding against the cliffs on the Dingle Peninsula

After taking a cliff walk on the Dingle peninsula I was eager to express the excitement I felt and the exhiliration I always feel by the sea. None of the photos I had taken were satisfying enough so I was very pleased to be given the use of a photo by Michael Breen of the same area under similar conditions…

Using vigorous strokes of palette knife and brush I was able to recreate my experience
The painting is framed in white and is signed on the front
