Small projects in A4 size are great to work out ideas, and just as a way of keeping in touch with colour and paper. The simpler result can be quite refreshing. Here seemsI have fallen into a back to nature mood! But it’s still all about the play of spills and colours. The close up picture is to give a better sense of the paint, paper and the brush stroke…. although, close up on a small painting is a bit like studying it under a magnifying glass. ..Then there’s the work in progress.
