Original artwork description:

"Wicklow Hillside" is a monotype print, one of a series of A5 image size prints that I completed during 2016.
The print was created using acid-free tissue paper and transferring watercolour and acrylic imagery from plexiglass. The wet tissue paper created interesting texture and patterns during the drying process. The tissue paper was then torn to size, and adhered to Fabriano paper using an etching press.
The image was then further developed by transferring added imagery from plexiglass, again using the etching press.
