This is a Suminagashi printed background with Suminagashi individual overprints from small dishes of water. A very calming print taken directly from the movement of water and air. Never to be repeated.
Suminagashi is the ancient floating ink on water technique. It is truly meditative to do and I love the water ripple effect it brings to my work.
It is printed on soft 250gsm BFK Rives paper. It is a one off original print which I have signed on the reverse.
Supplied mounted and cello wrapped ready to frame.
