Original artwork description:

Painted on 4th October at 11.30am; oil on MDF, palette knife. What a beautiful day, calm and misty, Sheppey coming in and out of the mist, and the effects on the water were lovely.

This little painting is one of my best! It has managed to create the feeling of this gentle morning, the palette knife was working wonders for me and am delighted with the result. I think the beauty of the day really helped me!

The painting is framed in my usual way, mounted on white board and framed in a lovely mellow wood.

Materials used:

Artist quality oils on acrylic primed MDF
