Original artwork description:

I love peonies and sweet peas together and decided to paint them in an arrangement of three vases. The green pottery vase belonged to my grandmother and I have loved it my whole life. I finally managed to persuade my mother to lend it to me for some paintings. She may have to wait a while until I return it!
I have painted it on very fine canvas which had a beautiful texture with Michael Harding oil paints.
This is framed in a bespoke moulded pale grey frame with a white slip.
