We've lost the Eden, but instead, we've been compensated with a wonderful Nature to surround us on this "Sinful Earth"... abundant of flowers and birds - the most spectacular, colourful, gracious creations of all inhabiting it. And both are my favourite objects in painting.
The endless variety of their fantastic colour shades and their combinations, exquisite forms fascinate eyes, cause genuine delight and ... irrepressible desire to immediately take up the brush to transfer this miracle onto the canvas, to share, to let this fairy-tale go on.
