Original artwork description:

These two drawings were realised during the summer 2019, when I was in my hot small city apartment in Turin. I thought back to the mountain landscapes at the thaw I saw in late spring, and removing the fixed component - the landscape that remains the same from year to year in its forms - I created a non- landscape using the residual patches of snow, unique and unrepeatable because they are ephemeral.

Lower drawing: Saent valley, Stelvio National Park, Trentino Alto Adige.

Matt fixative, signed certificate of authenticity.
