Preparing the house for Christmas: the Amaryllis is one of our loved flowers which surprises with its glorious beauty when the promise of the bud explodes in full bloom.

This beautiful white amaryllis was my “model” for the first painting of 2017.

I paint almost exclusively from life.

Best quality professional oil paint on Belgian linen canvas. A coat of Gamvar varnish has been applied for protecting the painting.

Signed on the front. Although I would recommend framing it, it is ready to hang as it is, as the canvas edges are painted, continuing the motif on the front

A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be included with the artwork.
