Original artwork description:

I love the big brown eyes of this beautiful dog. I used some lovely woven, wool, fabric samples I was given for the blankets.

I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper and fabric before building up the layers with acrylic paint. The last thing I add are the embellishments of thread, beads, buttons and glitter to pick out or highlight certain areas.
