“When the Rain is Done” is an ethereal abstract seascape oil painting 50cm x 50cm (20 x 20 inches) on 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.
Inspired by looking at the sea after the rain when the colours of the sky are changing from grey to blue.
The title is from “Eastern Rain" by Joni Mitchell
It's painted in shades of blue with grey and white. The surface of the painting has a satin sheen and the painting continues around the sides of the canvas.
It is signed on the back, ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
