Original artwork description:

The tide had turned and it was now on its way out. I sat with my paints and canvas watching the waves recede. As the sea slowly moved backwards it was leaving behind and array of colours and forms. I spontaneously make bold and energetic marks onto the canvas using a pallet knife. what I was looking at was constantly changing with more colours and shapes developing. I painted quickly in order to keep up. The shore was different everytime I looked away from the painting. The wind sculptured the sand and the sun painted the rocks and hills in amazing colours as it sailed across the sky. This painting is what I captured in these magical moments

This is oil on canvas stretched over a wooden frame. It is signed on the front and signed and dated on the back. It comes with a signed hand written letter of authenticity and description of my thought process

Materials used:

pallet knife brushes oil paint
