Original artwork description:

The famous abbey in London that all our visitors go and see if they can. Monarchs are crowned there, and have been since William the Conqueror in 1066, although not in this building. The abbey that stands today was built by Henry III in the c13, and was to rival the cathedral in Rheims
Later the two towers at the west end were extended to their present height by famous architect Nicholas Hawksmoor in the c17
I have included a red London bus, the Routemaster just for a dash of red
I had to guess some of the detail where the photograph ran out, but basically all there

Materials used:

Cold pressed watercolour paper
