One in series of paintings which form my early morning impressions of the Estate of West Dean College in West Sussex.

Created as part of a recent course in contemporary landscape painting led by the inspirational artist and educator Steve Humble. This landscape has a number of distinctive circular tree enclosures which provide shade and shelter for the sheep.

Acrylic painting created on deep box canvas using broad brushwork. The painting also incorporates my characteristic subtle use of reflective paints to capture the light. Initialled on the front and signed on the back

Painted black on the sides so you may chose not to frame but would benefit from framing in a contemporary frame ( last image shows my suggestion). Supplied with a certificate of authenticity and corded ready to hang.
