Original artwork description:

Pastel-coloured seaside houses can be found in many of the villages and towns along the coast of West Wales. Legend has it that fishermen of the past painted their homes around the dock in varying colours so they could recognise their own as they returned from the sea. Based on Tenby, this painting is not an exact replication of the homes and colours of the town, as I have used an artist's license to enhance the piece.
I have continued the picture around the edges of the canvas so it does not need to be framed.
