Original artwork description:

This painting is a portrait of 'the Prince of Peckham' pub facade. I love seeing the cheerful greeting when going past. I used watercolour, ink and gesso then sanded down some areas to give an urban, 'distressed' effect and is part of my "London Landmarks' series.
This painting was shortlisted for the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour 2022 exhibition at the Mall Galleries, where I have exhibited on 3 previous occasions.
although sold unframed, a simple white frame can be supplied at cost price - please enquire if interested.
