Dyanna's work explores color+shape, material and the overload of today’s consumerism culture. Our modern obsession with vanity occasionally sneaks into her work. She seeks a balance of order and chaos in her work. This piece has to do with overindulging on the weekend, because "we deserve it." Created with acrylic, colored pencil, found material and ink on cardboard. Would look great leaned up on a shelf or framed with no glass or spacers to let the material breathe.
