Stormy minds, with thoughts like crashing waves,
Contend with fears that threaten, dark and grave.

Yet in this chaos, strength is often found,
A resilience born from the waves that pound.
For even in the fiercest storm’s embrace,
There lies a chance to navigate with grace.
