Original artwork description:

The words of the Nobel Prize winner Vladimir Nabokov: “We are caterpillars of angels” inspired me to create this philosophical painting and became its name. Everyone can see different images in this picture: abstract patterns or shapes of a human and angels. I was thought about a beginning and an end of human life and a relationship of our own souls and spiritual worlds. My painting contains innermost emotions of love to all humanity and to one beloved person.

I covered the work with many layers of acrylic lacquer to achieve the effect of stained glass, behind the colored glass of which you can see the contours of Paradise, once lost and found again.

I created this artwork on canvas and fixed it on the MDF panel (0,5 cm). This painting is framed and ready to hang.

The color of my artwork may differ from the image on the monitor of your computer due to different settings. Tones and shades also depend on the lighting and can appear both dark or bright.
