This print shows a composition of beautiful Calamagrostis epigejos grasses and Lapsana communis (Common nipplewort). The shapes of the plants are very effective due to the black and white contrast. Autumn is coming soon :)
The inspiration for my botanical artworks, and also for this monochrome coloured print, comes from the beautiful european countrysides, forests, and meadows.

The black that I use, actually, is a very very dark brown, so that my "black and white" prints have a warm toning and give a pleasant feel.
A small piece of nature and soothing minimalism for you and your home.

This artwork is a monoprint (one of a kind and unique) on high quality mould-made paper. It is signed on the back (also bottom right).
