A textural painting created after observing the rough seas of northern Scotland at the point of stour. The aggressive seas reveal an abundance of tones an colours, reflected in the colour pallet of the artwork. Dominant blues combine with subtle purples, deep greens and turquoise to create the snapshot prior to impact of the waves force.
