“Wave of Moonlight” is a monochrome abstract seascape oil painting 60 x 90cm (24 x 35.5 inches) on a 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.
Painted after watching the light on the sea at night in Hastings when the moon was behind the clouds and still casting light on the water and illuminating the sky. The title is from the song “The Stolen Child” by The Waterboys
It's painted in black and white. The paint is layered and blended and textured in parts with a slight glossy sheen.
The image continues around the sides of the artwork and it is signed on the back. It’s ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping is free in the UK and very quick, the painting should arrive within 48 hours of despatch.
