I read in an old textbook that watering holes were safe zones for all animals whether predator or prey. On a trip to the fresh water lake in Nicaragua, I got a glimpse of that symbiosis watching various animals take their drink. I especially enjoyed watching the horses on their daily routine. This painting is signed on the back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

oil paint on 12 oz. cotton duct canvas stretched over a 1.5"x 2" wooden frame, acrylic base primer
