Hi, I am Yana, a watercolor artist from Ukraine.

I fled the war and now am safe in Turkey. All of my original artworks from before are at home, in Kyiv, Ukraine. I am not able to deliver them as of now. This watercolor portrait is a new piece I created already in Turkey so it is possible to deliver to you.

For a long time, I could not create art.

After a month of war, I found the strength to paint again. I painted a beautiful Ukrainian woman full of light, sun, wearing a traditional flower crown, and Ukrainian shirt "vyshyvanka".
The portrait of a Ukrainian beauty was one of the first watercolor paintings I did during these difficult times. Now I am thinking to create a collection. The girl is wearing traditional clothes and radiates peace, sun and hope.

Paint: “Rosa” watercolor set, professional watercolors of the highest quality.
Paper: "Canson Montval" professional paper of highest quality, cold press, 300 GSM.
Size: 40*30 cm (15.7 * 11.8 in)
