I painted this on the hottest day of the year in July.
The lake is at Goodestone in Norfolk, and is an important part of the water gardens.
My painting shows weeping willow trees to the left, the lilly pond at centre and trees beyond and to the right. A swan gracefully adorns the mid distance.
