Painting: Acrylic on Paper mounted on Wood Panel.

I painted this series of Water Lilly paintings by the lakes at Glyndebourne Opera House where I was able to work and show during the summer.
This painting was created in response to looking at the lilies on the lake just after it rained and the sun came out and was dancing on the lake.
I used acrylics because I wanted to catch the sense of light and water.

The painting is signed on the front and back.

It is painted on gessoed paper which is mounted onto wood panel. The painting can be bought framed in a handmade off white wooden box frame or unframed at a reduced price.
