When we talk about nature, we inevitably identify the four elements as an integral part of its structure, not only of the planet itself, but also as a reflection of the various plans of our existence. In a way, we can transport these elements to us as follows: the earth element represents the structure of the physical body and its sensations; the water element is related to biochemistry, emotions and feelings; fire is directed to energy and intuition, to the spiritual plane; the air reports to the mind: thoughts, understanding and knowledge.
Different cultures and traditions integrate a similar conception of the elements. They can be found, for example, in the sacred scriptures of India and also in the philosophical root of Ayurvedic medicine. In China, they understood life through the complementarity of yin and yang energies, dividing the elements into these two groups: fire and air are considered active, they are related to yang energy; as passive water and land, related to yin energy.
The "Sands of Time" series seeks a connection with these elements through colors and shapes.
When we connect harmoniously with the elements, we become aware of our functions and start to perceive their presence in everything around us and in the nature that governs us
When we are in harmony with the four elements, we tend to reconnect, to reconnect with that divine essence that exists within us, regardless of the faith that each professes.
It is the most feminine of nature. It has a connection with the power of intuition, the subconscious, healing, love and fluent forms.
