Artwork description:

There’s nothing more lovely than winding your way along the narrow country lanes of Britain’s countryside, spotting toy-like villages in the distance, or the patchwork patterns of the rolling hills and fields which surround you. Yes it rains a lot in summer, but if it didn’t it wouldn’t be so gloriously green!
I wanted to make an illustrative print portraying a snapshot of a quintessential corner of the Uk.
I will be making only twelve in this edition and they will all have differences in colour and also seasons. The one in the image is one of two in this particular winter version
Please be aware that there may be slight creasing and embossing due to how I hand press my work.

Somerset satin 250gsm and oil based inks
