Original artwork description:

“Watch the Waves” is an ethereal oil painting 50 x 80cm (20 x 31.5 inches) on a 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas. Painted after watching the sunset on the Thames from Chiswick Eyot. It’s an island that you can get onto at low tide and you feel like you’re in the middle of the river. Every time a boat goes past the river has these amazing waves in its wake that catch the light. The title is from a song by Lloyd Cole.

The paint is layered and blended and textured in parts. The edges are painted white and it’s signed on the back. It’s ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.

When I despatch a painting I always send a personalised card and a complimentary set of 3 hand made greetings cards as a thank you.
