A colourful modern semi abstract impressionist mountain landscape painting, of Wasdale Head, in the Lake District of Cumbria England.
Painted in abstracted colourful bold red, blue and purple tones I have tried to convey the dramatic light and atmosphere of the rugged hills around Scafell Pike and tranquil water of the lake.

Painted using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
