Original artwork description:

A dystopian cityscape collage made using old newspapers and comics.
Some of this material dates back to the 1850s and reports on the many wars going on across the World.
The COVID 19 pandemic came along after I had completed the work so I have added this new War of the World with a giant virus appearing over the horizon.

I was looking for a use for some old papers and thought this was a fitting idea.
The support is a box canvas with the image around the edges so that a frame is unnecessary. Ready to hang.

Materials used:

Acrylic paints and inks plus newspaper cutting
