Original artwork description:

I've enjoyed lots of visits to Salcombe in Devon, UK, and walked along the various picturesque coastal paths; from Salcombe to Bolt Head, and from East Portlemouth to Gara Rock. The coastal views are stunning and inspiring, with every colour blue you can imagine.
So inspiring that I started painting lines, and dots in the shape of the Salcombe and Kingsbridge estuary.
After I'd painted the shapes in lines I used varying sizes of dotting tool to create the dots in mostly blues and aquas with some lines and dots in orange and gold for contrast.
The dots stick out from the canvas so if you run your hand over it, it is spiky and bumpy!
