Original artwork description:

My husband mused with me the other day about how I was an abstract landscape painter who painted everything vertically (this is mostly because I am mostly influenced by tree forms than anything). So freshly inspired by an exhibit in NYC called "Crochet coral reef" I started off on my own coral reef, which ended up with me thinking about something more like a flowering tree. Created with energy, warmth and love for your favorite spaces. A young 8 year old curator in training called my artwork "messy" but I like to think the "mess" of my paintings brings a spontaneous joy and enthusiasm that I bring to everything I do!
