Original artwork description:

A worms eye view of green grasses, weeds, flowers and stalks are the inspiration behind this painting. I love using many shades of the same color to create a rich textured surface, and the square format is really fun to work with.

I use acrylic paintings, employ washes and large brushstrokes on the canvas before flicking, dripping and using palette knives to create a vibrant and interesting surface.

This impressionistic canvas is 60x60cm. It has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
