Original artwork description
"Wanderlust Landscape" is a small landscape painting by Mary Kemp.
Trees can draw you towards them, like a friend waiting on the horizon in a place where you are a stranger.
These are trees on the Norfolk coast.
To paint this I used thick oil paint on a gessoed board.
I've left it unframed but it will slip seamlessly into a 6" x 6" (15 x 15 cm) photo frame. Or you could just prop it up on a shelf in a contemporary sort of way!
