A lucky coincidence of the Sun positioning and big waves direction resulted in this translucent effect making the wave shiny.

A windy day with some big swell between Tamarama and Bondi. One of the good places to see the waves, to photograph the surfers and sometimes to spot dolphins.
Forces of Nature always inspire me.

Every time I see a big swell or storm coming I try to get out. It makes me feel small comparing to these forces and it also has a healing effect to whatever happens. I can compare the process of capturing the cyan inside of the wave to the hunt as it's ever-changing and elusive.
