Abstracted impressionist landscape.
Living fairly close to Camber Sands on England's south coast is a source of inspiration and happiness!

This painting is also inspired by colour, and by invoking a feeling of lightness and joy through interpreting my world.

I visit this large sand dune backed beach all year round, I love the skies, sea and grasses which are all part of this coastline.

I drop, flick, use palette knives, and rags as well as brushes to create a rich textured surface on the canvas.

The canvas is unframed, has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
