• STYLE and TECHNIQUE:
For some time now, I've been working on pushing my abstract work towards new ends. This presents so many challenges. Mastering the art of abstraction has been an inner struggle, and losing myself to my subconscious is never easy. However, I have begun to find a happy place with my new work, and I'm unbelievably excited about what's to come.
As a professional artist, it's difficult to step outside of what is safe and successful, but I need to keep challenging myself to keep the work fresh and interesting.
In 'In The Now', I've used a flow technique with watercolours to create the backdrop for the more detailed work in oil and acrylic.


•PRESENTATION Work on paper, will require framing. Frame for illustration only and NOT included. It is my practice to treat the reverse of the paper with sise and gesso to preserve vibrancy of the artwork. Paper measures 104 x 75 an unpainted edge has been allowed around the edge to allow for mounting and framing.

• MEDIUM: mixed media,Finished with Windsor and Newton fix and varnish

• THE ARTIST: Painting is a one off, unique and original work of art, signed on the reverse and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

•SHIPPING: securely wrapped, for transit, wherever possible using recycled materials. Fully insured transit with my compliments.
