Original "en Plein air" painting, Walking in windmill woods was created in one session using artists quality materials with a focus on rich colour and texture. Using expressive strokes to produce a likeness of the ivy-clad oak trees with Holly and Yew saplings beneath and a leaflitter footpath, painted in early February on a chilly day.
