Original artwork description:
Walkabout in Vetulonia, oil on canvas, 60 x 65 cm, 2020. Based on sketches I made in Vetulonia, I later painted a picture about some architectonical details. My steps are two white lines on a light-green background and were inspired by Vetulonia, where the streets and the facades were the same light-grey of the stones. From there I also remebered those peculiar steps that were not set up but hacked out of the steeply rising street to mke them slip-proof.
