This pieces was painted plein aire at a state park in Northern Michigan called Hartwick Pines. It is an old logging village that is now a museum. Some of the white pines here are the largest left in Michigan. It is a beautiful reminder or what it use to be like over a 100 years ago. I cannot help but spend time walking along the paths through these woods.

Walk Through the Woods is acrylic and oil on canvas. 11 x 14 inches, gallery wrapped, wired and ready to hang. It comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
