It will seem as though there are more trials than triumphs and more tears than laughter. During times like these we need to make a conscious decision to see the sunrise, to walk through the woods and touch the earth. The simple things will restore us, bring the joy back into life and gently pull laughter once again from your soul. Remember the eagle; it reminds us to rise above, that a new day will always come. We can choose to sit and wait out the storm or we can run towards the sliver of light at the horizon.
